It's been a while since I posted any pics or updates but here are a few from a while back or some progress.

 Forming the cluster cover using welding rod and hand formed panels.

 The front cage that sits behind the sheetmetal and hidden by the dash. Good to be safe!

 The instrument cluster cover finished.

The roll cage was built to protect all passengers and side impact.

The cluster is out of a JDM Honda Del Sol so all gauges and sensors will function perfectly together with the Prelude motor. 

Update Mar 12, 2010 Dash Progress

Took some time from the bus project but have been getting some progress done with wiring to the Honda motor, hydraulic pump and controls. Also got a 1994 Honda Civic JDM instrument cluster from Hong Kong and am in the progress of mounting and fabricating the dash assembly. Just today started bending some of the 1.5" chromoly tubing for the roll cage. Will have the heater assembly for the front in on Tuesday which will go under the newly formed dash. It's from Vintage Air.

Update on bus 1/9/9

Wow, wouldn't take much to turn my bus, what's left of a bus into a Deora II.
